5600K daylight and 3200K tungsten are the two most common fixed color temperatures in continuous lighting. 5600K matches natural daylight and most LED/COB lights, making it the default choice for mixed-light setups near windows or outdoors. 3200K matches traditional incandescent/tungsten sources and tends to produce warmer, more flattering skin tones for indoor portrait work under controlled conditions.
